Welcome to Fred Francis Builders, LP. We were raised here in Rutherford County and have been in business for 15 years, so we know what middle Tennesseans want in a home. Exceptional quality, unique style and a smooth building process are our specialties. Our team pours over every detail so that your home building experience is both enjoyable and cost effective.
Fred & Jama each bring their unique talents to the table. Fred started working "hands-on" in the construction business over 25 years ago with Jama's father, a custom home builder. He has gained a wealth of knowledge of everything from framing to wiring. Fred is on the job-site daily, in constant communication with the homeowner, knows the best building products and has an extremely talented group of sub-contractors.
With Jama's 15 years of experience in designing, she works as the liaison between the homeowner's design wishes, the construction team and suppliers. "I find that homeowners are surprised at all of the choices available when building a new home, everything from choosing the best color for your plugs & switches, to placement of lighting to tile designs. My job is to make design suggestions and communicate with homeowner the critical time to make these choices." says Jama.
